MENTORING

Reflective Support for Practitioners, Helpers, Creatives & Curious Humans

Sometimes we need a space that sits somewhere between professional development, therapy, supervision and friendship.

A space to slow down, think out loud, untangle ideas, reconnect with what matters and explore what's emerging in our work and lives.

My mentoring work is for people navigating change, supporting others, deepening their practice, following their curiosity, or trying to create a life that feels more aligned with their values and the contribution they want to make in the world.

Who Is Mentoring For?

Mentoring may be a good fit for:

  • Yoga and mindfulness teachers

  • Counsellors and helping professionals

  • Community practitioners

  • Emerging facilitators and leaders

  • Writers and creatives

  • People navigating transition or change

  • Anyone seeking meaningful reflection, personal growth and a deeper relationship with practice

Whether you're at a crossroads, feeling called towards something new, or simply looking for a space to think out loud, mentoring offers an opportunity to slow down and listen more deeply.

My Approach

My mentoring style is grounded, relational and reflective.

It draws on two decades of experience across counselling, mindfulness, yoga, community development, mental health and contemplative practice.

I bring:

  • Deep listening

  • Thoughtful questions

  • Reflective dialogue

  • Mindfulness and embodiment practices

  • Creative inquiry

  • A strong belief in your own wisdom and resourcefulness

Rather than providing answers, my role is to help create the conditions where clarity, insight and direction can emerge.

A Different Kind of Conversation

Mentoring sits somewhere between professional supervision, personal reflection and meaningful conversation.

It is:

  • Collaborative

  • Reflective

  • Person-centred

  • Growth-oriented

It is not counselling, therapy or coaching.

Instead, it offers a space to pause, explore ideas, work through challenges and reconnect with what matters most.

What We Might Explore

Every mentoring relationship is unique, but common themes include:

Purpose & Meaning: Exploring what feels alive, meaningful and authentic in your work and life.

Sustainable Practice: Finding ways to contribute, care and create without losing yourself in the process.

Identity & Transition: Navigating periods of uncertainty, growth, change and becoming.

Mindfulness & Embodiment: Deepening awareness, self-compassion and connection to your own experience.

Creativity & Expression: Listening for the ideas, projects and possibilities that are asking for your attention.

Community & Belonging: Exploring how we relate to ourselves, others and the wider communities we are part of.

An Invitation

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes clarity begins with a conversation.

If you're curious about mentoring, I'd love to hear from you.
